Crash error on my unix server

Hi there.
Well i have a really bad problem with my server:
UnixWare Version 5 Release 7
The system crash Smilie and show the error:
Panic: Kernel-mode address fault on user address 0x00000004 Smilie
If anyone knows about the reason of this error please give me a help

The cause - a user mode program called a kernel mode program with a bad address. This can happen if you have system code that is the wrong version or has a coding problem.

Does this keep happening? Or is this a one time thing? If it is a one time thing don't worry about it.

Thanks for the help. Right now the server doesn't present any problem, but i'm worried because i don't know what's the reason of the malfunction. Anyways i'll still alert if this problem continues. Smilie
