declare disk driver for IDE hard disk

I've a fresh installation of SCO 5.0.7 on the IDE hard disk.

For SCSI hard disk I can declare, for example blc disk driver using:
# mkdev hd 0 SCSI-0 0 blc 0

but it works for IDE hard disk?

And your point?

perhaps something like:
# mkdev hd 0 IDE-0 0 wd 0

#mkdev hd

Is a menu driven program that will allow you to add any kind of disk.
Run scoadmin afterwards to mount the file systems.
