Httpd.conf Config?

StartServers       8
MinSpareServers    10
MaxSpareServers   20
ServerLimit      4000
MaxClients       4000
MaxRequestsPerChild  4000

this is my servers 8gig ram & cpu 12 core...
what cann i putting in order this ?
