Link not detected - Red Hat Linux HP Blade DL380p Gen8

Hi Admins

One one of the RHEL 6 server, I am not able to detect 10G fiber link. ethtool is showing link not detected.

Cabling guys has plugged in the cables , but not seeing the blinks as well.

What could be the reason. I have tried to bring it up, no luck...

No LEDs lighted nor blinking sound like a hardware problem. Is the receiving port on the other end (switch, hub, ...) OK?

Its fixed. Something was wrong at the switch end. I had to setup the speed manually to 1G and it detected "yes".
