How to download Red Hat Linux 7?

Pls help me where i can download linux 7 installations

By the basics of your question, i'm quite sure you do not have a subscription.
This said, go look for either CentOS (CentOS Project) or Scientific Linux (https://www.scientificlinux.org/downloads/).
These 2 are 'binary compatible' with RHEL7, as they're based upon it.

Btw, i just typed the distro name and download to get these urls.

I have registered ... by just registering can we down load it ? i registered but there is no way to download it seems

You've already been told in post #3.

Also, you 'just' need to know which archetecture, and looking at the file dates should give a good indication as well.
