Sendmail withour DEAMON

Hi All,
in my server i configured like below

Code:

define(`SMART_HOST', `mapper.mail.domain.com')dnl
dnl FEATURE(`accept_unresolvable_domains')dnl
FEATURE(`relay_based_on_MX')dnl

we have enabled smart host
and als o relay based mx

Code:

vi /etc/sysconfig/sednamil
DAEMON=no

this is our configuration with this config mails will send to respective mail id?
is there any work arround with out deamon option is yes?
