Live-cd Saving changes

Hi all,
firstly apologies if this is in the wrong category.
I have been making livecds (fedora based) and to change eg the background i use below in the ks file.
Quote:
gconftool-2 --direct --config-source=xml:readwrite:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults -t str -s /desktop/gnome/background/picture_filename "/usr/share/backgrounds/dm/014.jpg" >/dev/null
this works fine, however when i install the livecd it loses the changes.
How can i make the changes so that they stay when installed?

Dave

You are using a livecd. You cannot save the changes.

No im making a livecd, when i make the livecd i change the background etc.. in the ks,which works fine when it runs live the dafault background is as i set it in the ks file , the problem is when i install it it doesnt keep the default background i set when making the livecd, i use the comand as stated above, im not trying to make/save changes to a already built livecd.
Thanks for your reply anyway

what user is being made for the installed system? Don't you think you should put the information into the user creation scripts?

Solved, it was just a matter of putting the gconftool commands at the beginning of the %post in the ks.
