languages???

hi,

for me, c/c++ has always been my choice of language for hardcore programming...and since java is quite similar to c/c++, migration will not be difficult...

there are a lot of tutorials that can be found online... some of which are (google searched):

http://www.cprogramming.com
http://www.glenmccl.com/tutor.htm
http//www.cyberdiem.com/vin/learn.html
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/C-faq/learn-c-cpp-today/

Anyway, for scripting ,HTML is quite easy and fun to learn. So, it is my second option. Also, Javascripts goes hand-in-hand with HTML...

the following sites are (again google searched) found in the www:

http://www.htmlgoodies.com/tutors/
http://www.davesite.com/webstation/html/
http://www.unixtools.com/tutorials.html
http://www.andrews.edu/~maier/tutor.html

happy searching!!!
