Then you could use the -F option of ls command...
Then you could use the -F option of ls command (so that directory name are displayed with a trailing slash)

cd a/ && find ./ -exec ls -Fd {} \; >/tmp/list_a
cd b/ && find ./ -exec ls -Fd {} \;...
