Please explain why you are requesting this thread re-opened. It is an old thread from 08/2017 which you declared "solved".

Why would you not start a new thread? Do you have something meaningful to add to this thread?

You must not delete any content from this thread without first explaining why to a moderator/administrator who will need to agree. If you do delete content, the thread will be restored to original.

Your PM to me indicates that you are concerned about confidential information.

I will move the thread to "members only" area. Your original request was addressed to Neo and I'm sure that he will arbitrate from here on.

Only logged in members can see it now. If you are still worried then do send one PM direct to Neo fully explaining your worry.

Dear hicksd8,

Yes, My initial PM to him only. He suggest me raise new discussion referring old post.
Its better if we hide it completely with dummy values.

However, thanks for your prompt action to move it to member only.

Update:

OK. I see the issue... it's a privacy issue.

I'll let the mods decide how to manage it; but they can reopen for you if you want to edit out any privacy info.

@shanul karim

I am very busy on forum migration tasks. If you had to told me the reason (privacy issues) in your PMs to me, this could have gone a lot smoother.
