Change title of a thread after it is created

hi,
how do we change the title of a thread after it is created?

Click on "edit" which opens the quick editor. Click "edit" again and you are in the full editor. You should be able to change the title there.

I tried that already. That changes the title of the first post only. The title of the thread remains the same.

I think only moderators and administrators can change a thread title.
