Name
       stopcpu - stop one or all CPUs

Syntax
       /etc/stopcpu [cpunumber]

Description
       The  program  is used to stop the non-boot CPUs in a system.  If no argument is used, will try to stop all the non-boot CPUs in the system.
       Otherwise, it stops the specified CPU.
