ldrseek(3x) ldrseek(3x) Name ldrseek, ldnrseek - seek to relocation entries of a section of a common object file Syntax #include <stdio.h> #include <filehdr.h> #include <syms.h> #include <ldfcn.h> int ldrseek (ldptr, sectindx) LDFILE *ldptr; unsigned short sectindx; int ldnrseek (ldptr, sectname) LDFILE *ldptr; char *sectname; Description The function seeks to the relocation entries of the section specified by sectindx of the common object file currently associated with ldptr. The function seeks to the relocation entries of the section specified by sectname. The functions and returns success or failure. If sectindx is greater than the number of sections in the object file, fails; if there is no section name corresponding with sectname, fails. If the specified section does not have relocation entries or if it cannot seek to the specified relocation entries, either function fails. The first section has an index of one.
