	   Taskfile to convert

       pmp
	   Port multiplier port

       is_cmd
	   This FIS is for command

       fis
	   Buffer into which data will output

DESCRIPTION
       Converts a standard ATA taskfile to a Serial ATA FIS structure (Register - Host to Device).
