NAME
       Log::Log4perl::Layout::NoopLayout - Pass-thru Layout

SYNOPSIS
	 use Log::Log4perl::Layout::NoopLayout;
	 my $layout = Log::Log4perl::Layout::NoopLayout->new();

DESCRIPTION
       This is a no-op layout, returns the logging message unaltered, useful for implementing the DBI logger.
