ARGUMENTS
       gnutls_x509_privkey_t * key
		   The structure to be initialized

DESCRIPTION
       This function will initialize an private key structure.

RETURNS
       On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS is returned, otherwise a negative error value.
