ARGUMENTS
       gnutls_pk_algorithm_t algorithm
		   is a pk algorithm

DESCRIPTION
       Convert a gnutls_pk_algorithm_t value to a string.

RETURNS
       a string that contains the name of the specified public key algorithm, or NULL.
