ARGUMENTS
       A       (input) REAL
	       B       (input) REAL C	    (input) REAL D	 (input) REAL The scalars a, b, c, and d in the above expression.

       P       (output) REAL
	       Q       (output) REAL The scalars p and q in the above expression.
