SYNOPSIS
       void swf_actionsettarget (string  $target)

DESCRIPTION
	Sets the context for all actions. You can use this to control other flash movies that are currently playing.

PARAMETERS

		- The target, as a string.

RETURN VALUES
	No value is returned.
