PDF_makespotcolor - Make spot color

SYNOPSIS
       int PDF_makespotcolor (resource	$p, string  $spotname)

DESCRIPTION
	Finds a built-in spot color name, or makes a named spot color from the current fill color. Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
