newt_get_screen_size - Fills in the passed references with the current size of the terminal

SYNOPSIS
void newt_get_screen_size (int &$cols, int &$rows)
DESCRIPTION
Fills in the passed references with the current size of the terminal.
PARAMETERS
o $cols - Number of columns in the terminal o $rows - Number of rows in the terminal
RETURN VALUES
No value is returned.
EXAMPLES
