mysqli_stmt::$param_count - Returns the number of parameter for the given statement

       Object oriented style

SYNOPSIS
       int$mysqli_stmt->param_count ()

DESCRIPTION
       Procedural style
       int mysqli_stmt_param_count (mysqli_stmt  $stmt)

	Returns the number of parameter markers present in the prepared statement.

PARAMETERS
	      o $
		stmt -Procedural style only: A statement identifier returned by mysqli_stmt_init(3).

RETURN VALUES
	Returns an integer representing the number of parameters.

EXAMPLES
       Example #1

	      Object oriented style

	      <?php
	      $mysqli = new mysqli("localhost", "my_user", "my_password", "world");

	      /* check connection */
	      if (mysqli_connect_errno()) {
		  printf("Connect failed: %s
", mysqli_connect_error());

	      }
