msql_create_db - Create mSQL database

SYNOPSIS
       bool msql_create_db (string  $database_name, [resource  $link_identifier])

DESCRIPTION
       msql_create_db(3) attempts to create a new database on the mSQL server.

PARAMETERS
	      o $database_name
		- The name of the mSQL database.

	      o $
		link_identifier  -The  mSQL  connection.  If not specified, the last link opened by msql_connect(3) is assumed. If no such link is
		found, the function will try to establish a link as if msql_connect(3) was called, and use it.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
