maxdb_stat - Gets the current system status

       Procedural style

SYNOPSIS
       string maxdb_stat (resource  $link)

DESCRIPTION
       Object oriented style
       string maxdb::stat (void  )

       maxdb_stat(3) returns a string containing several information about the MaxDB server running.

RETURN VALUES
	A string describing the server status.	FALSE if an error occurred.

EXAMPLES
       Example #1

	      Object oriented style

	      <?php
	      $maxdb = new maxdb("localhost", "MONA", "RED", "DEMODB");

	      /* check connection */
	      if (maxdb_connect_errno()) {
		 printf("Connect failed: %s
", maxdb_connect_error());
		 exit();
	      }

	      printf ("System status: %s
", $maxdb->stat());

	      $maxdb->close();
	      ?>
