SYNOPSIS
       string jdtofrench (int  $juliandaycount)

DESCRIPTION
	Converts a Julian Day Count to the French Republican Calendar.

PARAMETERS
	      o $julianday
		- A julian day number as integer

RETURN VALUES
	The french revolution date as a string in the form "month/day/year"
