SYNOPSIS
       bool fann_set_quickprop_mu (resource  $ann, float  $quickprop_mu)

DESCRIPTION
	Sets the quickprop mu factor.

PARAMETERS
	      o $ann
		-Neural network resource.

	      o $quickprop_mu
		- The mu factor.

RETURN VALUES
       Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE otherwise.
