SYNOPSIS
       string eio_get_last_error (resource  $req)

DESCRIPTION
       eio_get_last_error(3) returns string describing the last error associated with $req.

		- The request resource

RETURN VALUES
       eio_get_last_error(3) returns string describing the last error associated with the request resource specified by $req.
