dbplus_xlockrel - Request exclusive lock on relation

SYNOPSIS
       int dbplus_xlockrel (resource  $relation)

DESCRIPTION
	Request an exclusive lock on $relation preventing even read access from other clients.

PARAMETERS
	      o $relation
		- A relation opened by dbplus_open(3).
