dbplus_unlockrel - Give up write lock on relation

SYNOPSIS
       int dbplus_unlockrel (resource  $relation)

DESCRIPTION
	Release a write lock previously obtained by dbplus_lockrel(3).

PARAMETERS
	      o $relation
		- A relation opened by dbplus_open(3).
