dbplus_rrename - Rename a relation

SYNOPSIS
       int dbplus_rrename (resource  $relation, string	$name)

DESCRIPTION
       dbplus_rrename(3) will change the name of $relation to $name.

PARAMETERS
	      o $relation
		- A relation opened by dbplus_open(3).

	      o $name
		-
