cyrus_connect - Connect to a Cyrus IMAP server

SYNOPSIS
       resource cyrus_connect ([string	$host], [string  $port], [int  $flags])

DESCRIPTION
	Connects to a Cyrus IMAP server.

PARAMETERS
	      o $host
		- The Cyrus IMAP host name.

	      o $port
		- The port number.

	      o $flags

RETURN VALUES
	Returns a connection handler on success or FALSE on failure.
