crack_opendict - Opens a new CrackLib dictionary

SYNOPSIS
       resource crack_opendict (string	$dictionary)

DESCRIPTION
       crack_opendict(3) opens the specified CrackLib $dictionary for use with crack_check(3).

       Warning

	      This  function is EXPERIMENTAL. The behaviour of this function, its name, and surrounding documentation may change without notice in
	      a future release of PHP. This function should be used at your own risk.

       Note

	       Only one dictionary may be open at a time.

PARAMETERS
	      o $dictionary
		- The path to the Cracklib dictionary.

RETURN VALUES
	Returns a dictionary resource identifier on success or FALSE on failure.
