counter_reset_value - Reset the current value of a counter resource.

SYNOPSIS
counter_reset_value (void , resource $counter)
DESCRIPTION
counter_reset_value(3) resets the current value of a counter resource to its original initial value.
PARAMETERS
o $counter - The counter resource to operate on.
