The absolute expiration time is obtained by adding delta to the current sys- tem time. The resulting abstime is in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).DESCRIPTIONIf threads are not present, this routine has no effect. to sleep(3). This routine adds a specified time interval to the current absolute system time and returns a new absolute time. This new absolute time is used as the expiration time in a call to tis_cond_timedwait(3). The timespec structure contains the following two fields: tv_sec is an integral number of seconds. tv_nsec is an integral number of nanoseconds.RETURN VALUESIf an error condition occurs, this routine returns an integer value indicating the type of error. Possible return values are as follows: Successful completion.
