NAME
       rapi_strerror - Get a RAPI error message string

LIBRARY

SYNOPSIS
       #include <rapi.h>

       const char *rapi_strerror(      int ErrorCode,	   int ErrorValue);

PARAMETERS
       Specifies  the RAPI error code that was returned by a failed call to a RAPI routine.  Specifies the RAPI error value that was returned by a
       failed call to a RAPI routine.

DESCRIPTION
       The rapi_strerror() routine maps an error code and value to an error message string, and returns a pointer to that error message string.

RETURN VALUES
       Upon successful completion, the rapi_strerror() routine returns a pointer to an error message string. If the arguments are out  of  bounds,
       the routine returns NULL.
