PARAMETERS
Points to a termios structure containing the input baud rate.
DESCRIPTION
The cfgetispeed() function extracts the input baud rate from the termios structure to which the termios_p parameter points. This function returns exactly the value in the termios structure, without interpretation.
RETURN VALUES
Upon successful completion, the cfgetispeed() function returns a value of type speed_t representing the input baud rate.
