DESCRIPTION
       Each of these functions releases the memory allocated for the internal state structure for rational sample rate conversion with FIR filter-
       ing between upsampling and downsampling.

PARAMETERS
       Each of the functions takes the following arguments:

       state	Internal state structure.

RETURN VALUES
       None.
