NAME
       libdevid - device ID library

SYNOPSIS
       cc [ flag... ] file... -ldevid [ library... ]
       #include <devid.h>

DESCRIPTION
       Functions in this library provide unique device IDs for identifying a device, independent of the device name or device number.

INTERFACES
       The  shared  object  libdevid.so.1  provides  the public interfaces defined below. See Intro(3) for additional information on shared object
       interfaces.
