NAME
       libotr - Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging library

DESCRIPTION
       libotr  is  a Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging library.  Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging allows you to have private conversations over instant
       messaging by providing encryption, authentication, deniability and perfect forward secrecy.

FILES
       The following files are used:

       /usr/lib/libotr.so	       Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging library
