NAME
       FcCharSetHasChar - Check a charset for a char

SYNOPSIS
       cc [ flag... ] file... -lfontconfig [ library... ]

       FcBool FcCharSetHasChar (const FcCharSet *fcs, FcChar32 ucs4);

DESCRIPTION
       Returns whether fcs contains the char ucs4.
