NAME
slp_reg -- a tool to register URLs
SYNOPSIS
slp_reg [-r|d <url>] [-a <attribute-list>]
DESCRIPTION
The slp_reg tool registeres URLs via the Service Location Protocol in order for remote machines to discover locally registered services. The slp_reg tool allows processes to register URLs with slpd without linking to the CoreServices framework (Network Services Location) or DirectoryServices framework. The options are as follows: -r url to register -d url to deregister -a slp attribute list e.g. "(a=1,2),boo,(c=false)"
