NAME
       ilogbd64(), ilogbd128(), ilogbd32() - decimal exponent functions

SYNOPSIS

       The function computes the exponent of the floating point value x.  Formally, the return value is the integral part of log base 10 of |x| as
       a signed integer value, for nonzero x.
