NAME
banner - make posters in large letters
SYNOPSIS
strings
DESCRIPTION
prints its arguments (each up to 10 characters long) in large letters on the standard output. Each argument is printed on a separate line. Note that multiple-word arguments must be enclosed in quotes in order to be printed on the same line.
EXAMPLES
Print the message ``Good luck Susan'' in large letters on the screen: The words are displayed on one line, and is displayed on a second line.
WARNINGS
This command is likely to be withdrawn from X/Open standards. Applications using this command might not be portable to other vendors' platforms.
