NAME
       HTTP::OAI::Debug - debug the HTTP::OAI libraries

DESCRIPTION
       This package is a copy of LWP::Debug and exposes the same API. In addition to "trace", "debug" and "conns" this exposes a "sax" level for
       debugging SAX events.
