PARAMETERS
       Name		   Name to be translated.

DESCRIPTION
       vhdlablname translates a name according to the VHDL syntax.

RETURN VALUE
       vhdlablname return a new name, using namealloc.

EXAMPLE

	  /* displays	   v_hello_world */
	  printf( "%s0, vhdlablname( "_hello_world" ) );
