PARAMETERS
Expr Expression to simplfy.
DESCRIPTION
simpablexpr simplifies Expr. The expression pointer Expr MUSTN'T be used after the call to this function.
RETURN VALUE
simpablexpr returns a pointer to the simplied expression.
