NAME
       shishi_tkts_default - API function

SYNOPSIS
       #include <shishi.h>

       Shishi_tkts * shishi_tkts_default(Shishi * handle);

ARGUMENTS
       Shishi * handle
		   Shishi library handle create by shishi_init().

DESCRIPTION
       Get the default ticket set for library handle.

RETURN VALUE
       Return the handle global ticket set.
