NAME
       shishi_encticketpart_flags_set - API function

SYNOPSIS
       #include <shishi.h>

       int shishi_encticketpart_flags_set(Shishi * handle, Shishi_asn1 encticketpart, int flags);

ARGUMENTS
       Shishi * handle
		   shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().

       Shishi_asn1 encticketpart
		   input EncTicketPart variable.

       int flags   flags to set in encticketpart.

DESCRIPTION
       Set the EncTicketPart.flags to supplied value.

RETURN VALUE
       Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
