NAME
       shishi_asn1_tgsreq - API function

SYNOPSIS
       #include <shishi.h>

       Shishi_asn1 shishi_asn1_tgsreq(Shishi * handle);

ARGUMENTS
       Shishi * handle
		   shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().

DESCRIPTION
       Create new ASN.1 structure for TGS-REQ.

RETURN VALUE
       Returns ASN.1 structure.
