SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
       Shishi_as * as
		   structure that holds information about AS exchange

DESCRIPTION
       Possibly remove unset fields (e.g., rtime).

RETURN VALUE
       Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
